Six books written walking

Writing is the other way I have of walking beside you. I have been a life coach for more than twenty-seven years, I created the 7 Steps to Self-Liberation® and I have walked to Santiago sixteen times: almost everything I know about starting over, I learned on foot.

These six titles are the stops along that route. A tale I wrote before turning eighteen, looking for the child I had been. A story that arrived all at once on a street in Caracas. The intimate diary of my first Camino. Seven lives that refused to stay broken. And a planner so you can map out your own.

None of them asks you to walk my path. All of them invite you to begin yours.

Más Allá del Camino · A Pilgrim's Diary

What if the real Camino de Santiago were never outside you, but within?

Más allá del camino gathers the intimate pages of my first Camino de Santiago: encounters with teachers, supernatural experiences, silences, nature, signs and moments that changed forever the way I understand life. What began as a pilgrimage became a descent into the depths of my own soul.

This is not a travel book. The kilometres are there, but they are the scenery: what is told here is what happened inside while my feet did their work.

I have walked to Santiago sixteen times since, and not one has resembled the first. That is why this diary remains the most personal thing I have written.

This book does not want you to walk my Camino, but to discover your own. Open these pages and dare to start writing the diary of your life.

With a foreword by George Harris and Raúl González, both pilgrims of the Camino.

Échale Bolas y Verás el Cielo

An invitation to discover that heaven is not somewhere else: it is here, in the life we are able to build with effort, will and determination. This bestseller travels through a before, a during and an after in my story: my first Camino de Santiago. A journey that began with steps and ended up transforming the way I live, believe and see the world. Here I lay my life bare, as an invitation for you to accept yourself exactly as you are and to feel that your existence is a gift to this world. Dare, walk, échale bolas… and you will see heaven.

  • Cover of the book “Happy Endings”

    Happy Ending

Seven of the hardest and, at the same time, most extraordinary stories I have found in more than twenty-seven years guiding people. They are true stories of pain, loss and moments when starting over seemed impossible. But their protagonists chose not to stay trapped in what had happened to them: they became the heroes of their own story, gave new meaning to their suffering and turned their wounds into strength and purpose. A happy ending does not mean a life without pain. It means having learned to turn that pain into a new way of living.

  • Cover of the book “Al final del arcoíris”

    Al Final del Arcoíris

It was born unexpectedly on a street in Caracas, when I met a man who, seemingly lost in his madness and dressed in rags, was painting Christs on the walls. That image opened something inside me and, as if channelled, a story began to arrive until it became, hours later, this book. Inspired by a medieval tale, it walks the heroic path of the human being: forgiving ourselves, forgiving others, healing our story and discovering that love is the bridge that reconnects us with ourselves, with others and with all of creation.

  • Cover of the book “Mi amigo Papagayo”

    Mi Amigo Papagayo

It was born before I turned eighteen, perhaps out of a need I could not yet name: to find again the child I had been. From my own absent father I wrote a story about the bonds life sometimes pulls apart, about the words left unsaid and the love that never stopped existing. It is an invitation to return to our essence, embrace our story and make peace with those who gave us life. Because perhaps growing up does not mean forgetting the child we were, but going back to look for him. Mi amigo Papagayo can be your story too.

Coaching Planner, inspired by the Camino

Not a book: a tool. A coaching planner inspired by the Camino de Santiago, designed so you can plan your year the way a pilgrimage is planned: in stages, with stops and with a clear purpose. For those who do not only want to read about change, but to start walking it.
